Like living in a boat in the heart of Rome
When we came across this Roman apartment on vrbo.com, we knew the location would be ideal. Just a couple of blocks or streets to the west of the famous Campo de' Fiori. We also knew that the price was outstanding. We would be trading something for the lower price. Turns out what we are trading is headroom.
Here I am doing my best Vanna White to demonstrate how no one over 5'8" would want to stay here, despite the incredible location:
And then we met our next door neighbor, an American named Tony. We compared apartments and ours is easily 1/3 bigger than his. So that made us appreciate what we have a little more.
First post attempt unsucessful, so I'll try again. The apartment looks beautiful--the perfect height for Chuck and me!
